Bump to Babe Pregnancy Fitness Classes
Claire is a qualified and experienced Ante/Postnatal Instructor and runs Pregnancy Fitness AND Pregnancy Pilates Classes (see below) for expectant mums.
Bump to Babe Pregnancy Fitness Classes are a great way to maintain your fitness level, strengthen muscles which change during pregnancy, tone your abdominals, train your pelvic floor, focus on your posture, relieve tension, prepare for labour and meet other mums-to-be!
Classes can be joined from as early as 12 weeks/2nd trimester and an hourly workout contains 30 minutes of low-impact aerobics, 20 minutes of toning exercises and 10 minutes of stretching/relaxation to help you de-stress after a long day.

Pilates really targets your inner core muscles - those which lie deep into your abdominals and back and it helps you focus on your breathing and pelvic floor which makes it an ideal class to prepare you for labour.
