PILATES ON A PAGE

A comprehensive workout for you to do at home, complete with photos, instructions and watch points!  So, if you can't make a class, or you fancy doing a little more Pilates practice in between your weekly class, then Pilates on a Page is ideal for you.

Each Worksheet has been designed carefully, with a variety of exercises and progressions if appropriate, so you'll never get bored.  Each Worksheet contains between 6 and 9 exercises, and on each Sheet you'll find a nice mixture of core work, mobility exercises (eg movements that loosen tight shoulders and hips etc), and strengthening exercises (eg exercises that tone your abdominals, and strengthen your arms, glutes and thighs).

Pilates on a Page can be purchased as bundles of 3, 5 or 8 Worksheets, or you can buy them individually, depending on which category you fall in to.  Each Worksheet will provide you with between 15 and 30 minutes of exercise, and are ideal for those of you who would like to practise Pilates a little more in between your weekly class, or when sickness strikes and you can't attend your regular session with Claire, you know that you won't miss out on your workout completely.


Worksheets are available for the following client groups:


Improvers (available exclusively for clients who attend Claire's Improvers Pilates classes already who want more than just a weekly workout class)

Beginners (suitable for Claire's current Beginners Pilates clients, or anyone who has little or no experience of Pilates and would like to try it out in the comfort of their own home)

Pregnancy (a custom-made series of exercises for pre-natal women to follow anywhere between Pre-Conception and 40 weeks pregnant)

Postnatal (a set of exercises suitable for new mums who want a safe and effective program to follow which will re-align the abdominals, core and pelvic floor, after having had a baby)

Improvers Bundle 1 (3 x Pilates Worksheets) = £25.00
Three complete Pilates Worksheets, each containing 6 Pilates exercises with photos, teaching points, progressions and even suggested stretches to perform after each exercise!  So, that's 18 different Pilates exercises for you to master in your own time, in the comfort of your own home.  Do one full Worksheet, mix and match the exercises, or do any combination!


Improvers Bundle 2 (5 x Pilates Worksheets)

In this bundle, you'll receive 5 Worksheets, specifically laid out for you, the Improvers Pilates client.  Bundle 2 provides you with 30 Pilates exercises, complete with notes on alignment, breathing and "switch off" cues.  Pilates is a life-long journey, remember, so the more you practise, the more benefits you will gain.

 


Improvers Bundle 3 (8 x Pilates Worksheets) = £45.00
One of THE most comprehensive Improvers Pilates guides...EVER!  A set 48 Pilates exercises, complete with progressions, variations and watch points which certainly won't leave you bored!  If you're serious about improving your technique in between your weekly Improvers class, then this is THE bundle for you.  Mix and match the exercises for variety, focus on those that are specific to your postural type, and really work on your precision.  You won't be disappointed!
