LITTLE BLACK DRESS WORKOUT
Want a fun, fat-burning, full-body workout which WILL burn off those excess calories?
Yes?! Then, Little Black Dress Workout is just for you.
Suitable for all fitness levels, but this is no ordinary fitness class!
Expect a mixture of toning and cardiovascular exercise, with a bit of Pilates thrown in for good measure.
Great for fitness enthusiasts, postnatal women, and beginners alike. High and low impact options are provided, as are varying levels, to ensure your workout safe and effective, yet challenging at the same time.

How to pay:
OPTION A - Pay £18/month and attend a month's worth of classes to tone up those wobbly bits, increase your fitness level, and have a fun night out with like-minded ladies, like yourself!
OPTION B - Pay £27/month, and attend a month's worth of classes, with the additional support of a DVD included in your membership, produced on a bi-monthly basis. Great for if you miss a class due to other commitments, or, do the DVD at home in the comfort of your own time in additional to your weekly class, to help you reach your fitness goals sooner!
OPTION C - Pay £57/month, attend a month's worth of classes, receive a bi-monthly DVD, and a Nutrition Plan written by one of the UK's top Fat Loss Experts. Exercise is one way of losing weight, but diet plays more of a role than you think. By following this step-by-step Nutrition Plan, breaking down what to have for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks throughout the day, you'll have more energy, your body will feel cleansed, and that excess, stored fat WILL disappear.

I've really enjoyed the class and it has really helped my fitness to improve. I'm aiming to do a 10K this year and you've really helped me to get closer to this. When I'm not netballing or at to LBDW, I'm running around 6 miles a week and it's getting easier each week. I've still got some body fat to shift but it's going, slowly but surely!

Hi Claire. It must have been a good work out last night, as I really struggled to get out of bed this morning...the whole shoulders back thing wasn't happening...I literally rolled out of bed, practically directly onto the floor! Can't wait for next week (I think!).
